Every once in a while mobile phone users get faced with certain challenges and may need to speak with customer care representatives of their respective networks (ISP), or maybe make use of the self-care service. Whatever your reason are, this article provides the customer care numbers for Glo, MTN, Airtel & 9Mobile.
The growth of telecommunication in Nigeria has seen nearly half of the entire population own one mobile phone network or the other. Some people even own lines on all four of the major networks.
Now, owning so many lines means that you need to know the customer care number of all four of them. With those numbers, you can either choose to speak to one of your network’s representatives, or browse around the information already stored in there.
Below are the customer care numbers for Glo, MTN, Airtel and 9Mobile:
Dial 121 if you’re a prepaid customer OR 120 if you’re on postpaid. Alternatively, send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Dial 180 or 181 using your line or send an email to email@example.com
Call 200 using your 9Mobile line or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Dial 111 or 121 using your Airtel line.
Those are all the customer care lines for Glo, MTN, Airtel & 9Mobile. You must take note, however, that you will not be directed immediately to speak with one of their representatives. You still need to follow instructions and entering commands as appropriate for each of the ISPs above.
